This is a cozy place! We stayed for one night and found the check-in and check-out processes to be very easy. The host was very nice and always responsive. I recommend this place!

Black Mountain Lodge is very cozy and comfortable. The location is perfect—you can walk to downtown Black Mountain and enjoy the area, and Asheville is only about 20 minutes away. I especially liked the kitchen and having access to a washer and dryer in Suite 4, which made my stay even more convenient and the WiFi speed is good for my online meetings through zoom! I definitely 100% recommend this place. Whenever I return to the area for work or leisure, I always hope to book here again if it’s available.

The stay was wonderful! The suite was warm and cozy. As a solo traveller on this trip, my only concern was that the stairwell to get up to the unit was not well lit and has a curve in it from an unlocked exterior door. I luckily know the area well and that it is very safe, but it can be offputting at first glance. Other than that, it was a wonderful place for a quick weekend get away!

This place was perfect for our week getaway. So cozy for us to watch some movies after a day out and about. The bed was so comfortable! The heaters were perfect when it got really cold later in our stay. If it was warmer we’d have walked to all of our breakfast options because everything was truly a 5-10 min walk from the place. It truly was the best place to stay in Black Mountain!

Clean, warm, and quiet, equipped with everything we needed, and a short walk to downtown Black Mountain. Great spot if you’re looking for somewhere walkable and quiet that’s still only a 30 minute drive to Asheville and super close to plenty of hiking trails like Lookout Mtn, Graybeard, and East Ridge! Booked it for a lat minute trip Black Mountain, one of my favorite places. The place was spotless and comfortable! it ended up being a perfect location to literally walk around the corner and be at some of my favorite local places. highly recommended if you want a quiet place, yet walkable to everything!

Great place not far from downtown shops, food, and music clubs. Italian food truck nearby was also great. Reasonable price being so close to town. Loved having our own little space with private bathroom. Bed was also comfortable!

This place was just what we needed. It is very quiet and walkable to anything in Blk Mtn. We were able to relax and enjoy all the things we came to Blk Mtn for without having g to worry about parking of driving, the bed was comfy and the heater kept things as toasty as you'd ever want. We recommend this place to anyone who visits. Suite 3 is what we stayed in and was great for everything we needed. Definitely will be back!!!!

I had a relaxing and comfortable stay in Black Mountain. Walked everywere--to restaurants, the coffee shop, the natural foods market. The space stayed warm despite a dip into some seriously frigid weather! Thanks again, Rebecca!
