Black Mountain Lodge

Absolutely loved staying here. Rebekah is a great host who set clear expectations and had an amazing place for a great price. Would highly recommend anyone coming to black mountain to stay in of her places!

I loved many things about this rental! It's in a prime location, just a block to the edge of downtown Black Mountain, walking distance to everything, including a walking trail, and 20 minutes from downtown Asheville on the freeway - overall a perfect location! I've spent time in Black Mountain before and loved it even more this time - I think it's the cutest town in the region. The rental itself is a little bigger than I was expecting and was very comfortable. Check-in was easy and Rebecca was kind and responsive. I think it's a perfect place for most people, which is why I give it 5 stars. However, as a person who is very noise sensitive, it was extremely challenging for me and I could not stay there again. The building is close to the freeway and I could hear trucks and cars all night long, even with ear plugs and a noise maker, so I was not able to sleep well. My travel companion slept fine, so this would only affect you if you're noise sensitive but it's worth noting.
